We had the hottest July on record here. I'm hoping that August will be a lot cooler, but I'm not holding my breath. I hope your own temperatures drop a bit so that you can be comfortable spending time outside.
It sucks that the glass on your phone is broken. I hope you'll be able to get it repaired soon. My phone is also quite old. I'm not sure how long it will be before it gives out. I've been trying to put off getting a new phone for as long as possible.
